Our mission is to provide Triad/Triangle area families with financial support for costly expenses, emotional support, and educational support. Through fundraising, advocacy and education we intend to raise awareness to all childhood cancers and provide funding for research to help find a cure.

Research- FTLOKJ donates to other nonprofit organizations whose mission is to fund research to help find a cure for all childhood cancers.

Families- Families located in the Piedmont Triad/Triangle area that are experiencing financial difficulties due to childhood cancer may receive assistance. Assistance may include gas cards, Wal-Mart or grocery store cards, parking vouchers, McDonald gift cards, or food vouchers for the hospital.

Hospitals- Yearly donations will be made to the following local hospitals: Duke University Children’s Hospital Pediatric Oncology Unit, Chapel Hill Children’s Hospital, and Brenner’s Children Hospital.

Awareness & Education- Awareness is raised through various fundraising and educational events. Spreading the word allows people to receive information about childhood cancer. Funds raised support local hospitals, families and research.

Administrative- Costs include office supplies and materials necessary for administrative duties.
